Jim Kudlicki & Hugh Higley, Jr. D & S MOLD & TOOL COMPANY was founded in the Chicago area in 1944. The company was moved to its present location in Marinette, Wisconsin in 1974.

D & S MOLD & TOOL COMPANY is a team of seasoned master toolmakers who specialize in designing, building, and maintaining molds for the Rubber and Plastic Industries, as well as Precision Part Machining. The team of highly skilled machinists and mold makers share a combined history of over 300 years of experience building compression, transfer and injection molds, including low-waste and flashless molds, cold runners, hot runners, shuttle and rotating features, loader boards, knock-out plates, prototypes, tool restoration, repairs, revisions and press to press conversions.

D & S MOLD & TOOL COMPANY has a primary goal of producing only high quality work at competitive prices to meet the needs of our customers, whose interests always come first. Our engineering department has the necessary tools to design to the specific needs of our customers, and create cost effective solutions. Our well-equipped production facilities are capable of turning these innovative ideas into reality in a timely fashion.

D & S MOLD & TOOL COMPANY has produced tooling for the agriculture, appliance, automotive, electronics, food processing, marine, medical, military, underground utilities, plumbing, recreational markets and consumer products.
